The Team

Executive Producer of the film is Dr. Rupa Shah, a medical doctor from Mumbai, India. She has been following a plant-based diet and lifestyle for 15 years now.

She will share her journey of discovering ‘Doctor in Me’ through a plant-based journey for becoming and remaining healthy.

She has authored two books on plant-based diet.

Dr. Rupa Shah hosted Health Revolution 2022 , an online event where 30 + medical doctors and nutritionists spoke on plant-based diet for health. It was attended by 2000+ participants from across the world.

Dr. Rupa Shah is very passionate about this film and wishes  that this film starts a health revolution for millions from all over the world.

She produced the documentary film ’Flower Shakti’. This is about exploring healing power of Indian Flower remedies which are 100% plant-based.

She has curated numerous events including large festivals in Mumbai to promote plant-based diet and lifestyle.
